Nominees in this category are full-service hotels with a variety of onsite amenities. Including but not limited to food and beverage outlets and recreation facilities with superior comfort and design.
Previous winners of this category are Sheraton Melbourne Hotel, Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer and RACV City Club, Melbourne.
Judges will be assessing the following criteria:
- Parking
- General criteria - signage, cleanliness, décor, design, lighting, atmosphere, security and safety.
- Reception
- Hotel facilities
- Guest room
- Hotel bar
- Breakfast

Judging will take place via anonymous site inspection, Sunday – Friday.

Hotels nominating in this category will be invoiced to reimburse one night's accommodation - standard room, parking, breakfast, one drink and a room service option.
