Judges will be assessing the following criteria:

  • General criteria - signage, cleanliness, décor, design, lighting, atmosphere, security and safety.

  • Hotel facilities
  • Guest room
  • Turn down service
  • Hotel bar
  • Breakfast
  • Please note, this category is heavily weighted towards service execution and unparalleled guest experience.

Judging will take place via anonymous site inspection, Sunday – Friday.

Hotels nominating in this category will be invoiced to reimburse one night's accommodation - standard room, parking, breakfast, one drink and a room service option.

Hotels can only nominate in one accommodation specific category (e.g. Luxury Accommodation Hotel of the Year) per venue.

Cost: $160 + Reimbursement to cover the cost of anonymous property judging.

Onsite Offering Awards

Hotels can make multiple nominations in the Onsite Offering Awards categories (e.g. Premium Hotel Restaurant of the Year, Hotel Bar of the Year, Hotel Club Lounge and Hotel Spa of the Year).

Cost: $160 + Reimbursement to cover the cost of anonymous property judging.
