Judges will be assessing the following criteria:

- General criteria - signage, cleanliness, décor, design, lighting, atmosphere, security and safety.

- Breakfast
- Please note, this category is heavily weighted towards service execution and unparalleled guest experience.

Judging will take place via anonymous site inspection, Sunday – Friday.

Hotels nominating in this category will be invoiced to reimburse one night's accommodation - standard room, parking, breakfast, one drink and a room service option.
