Superior Accommodation of the Year
Criteria for entry: To qualify for this category, the property should be an upscale full-service hotel with a range of guest amenities including food and beverage outlets, minibar and recreation facilities. Download the full judging criteria for this category here.
Location: Metropolitan Melbourne
JUDGING: Anonymous site inspection, Monday – Thursday.
Written submissions are not required and will not be considered during the judging process.

*Hotels nominating in this category will be invoiced to reimburse one night's accommodation - standard room, parking, breakfast, one drink and a room service option.*
Judges will be assessing the following points:
- Parking
- General criteria - signage, cleanliness, décor, design, lighting, atmosphere, security and safety.
- Reception
- Hotel facilities
- Guest room
- Hotel bar
- Breakfast

Hotels can only nominate in one accommodation specific category (e.g. Deluxe Accommodation Hotel of the Year) per venue.
Cost: $150 + Reimbursement to cover the cost of anonymous property judging.
