Boutique Style Accommodation of the Year
Criteria for entry: To be eligible to nominate in this category, the hotel must not have more than 100 rooms. The hotel should have unique character, charm and sense of personality. Download the full judging criteria for this category here.

JUDGING: Anonymous site inspection, Monday – Thursday.
Written submissions are not required and will not be considered during the judging process.

*Hotels nominating in this category will be invoiced to reimburse one night's accommodation - standard room, parking, breakfast and one drink*
Judges will be assessing the following points:
- Parking
- General criteria - signage, cleanliness, décor, design, lighting, atmosphere, security and safety.
- Reception
- Hotel facilities
- Guest room
- Hotel bar
- Breakfast
- The hotel’s unique character and spirit prevalent throughout the entirety of the hotel.

Hotels can only nominate in one accommodation specific category (e.g. Deluxe Accommodation Hotel of the Year) per venue.
Cost: $150 + Reimbursement to cover the cost of anonymous property judging.

Hotels can make multiple nominations in the Onsite Offering Awards categories (e.g. Deluxe Restaurant of the Year, Hotel Bar of the Year, Hotel Club Lounge and Hotel Spa of the Year).
Cost: $150 + Reimbursement to cover the cost of anonymous property judging.
Hotel Achievement Awards
Hotels can nominate in more than one category.
